Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scalp care device for operating a treatment element complicatedly and in a wide range and giving a stimulation like massage by human hands. SOLUTION: The scalp care device is constituted so that the treatment element 20 having four projections 22 is arranged to be deviated in a diameter direction from the rotational center of a rotator 15, so as to go round a first rotating axis 15a with respect to the rotator 15 to be rotated based on the driving of a motor 12. Consequently, when the treatment element 20 is rotated by the driving of the motor 12, the massage to give the stimulation by a circular movement in a wide range via the respective projections 22, i.e., the stimulation like massage by human hands is given to the scalp on which the respective projections 22 of the treatment element 20 are abutted.
