Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method and an image forming device, which can prevent turbulence of a stereoscopic image and scattering of toner when the stereoscopic image is formed. SOLUTION: The image forming method includes: a charging step of charging the surface of a photosensitive belt 1 which is used for the image forming device 100 forming the image using toner by an electrophotographic method and on which surface an electrostatic latent image is formed; an exposure step of forming the electrostatic latent image by exposure of the surface of the photosensitive belt 1; a development step of supplying toner onto the surface of the photosensitive belt 1 and forming a toner image; a transfer step of transferring the toner image onto a transfer paper sheet 7; and a fixing step of fixing the toner image onto the transfer paper sheet 7, the stereoscopic image being formed by repeating the development process several times. The method includes a melting step of melting the toner image by laser irradiation, and a lamination step of laminating a new toner image on the toner image after melting the toner image by laser irradiation.
