Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray inspection device capable of regulating a position in the width direction of a conveyance part so that an inspection object can be conveyed accurately to an X-ray irradiation domain between an X-ray irradiation part and an X-ray detection part. SOLUTION: This X-ray inspection device 100 includes a device case supported by a leg part, the X-ray irradiation part 3, a frame 5, the X-ray detection part disposed in the frame 5, the conveyance part 6, a door 7, a curtain 8 and a curtain support part 9. A contact part 18 is provided inside the door 7, and the contact part 18 is disposed so as to be contacted with and pressed to the side in the conveyance direction of the conveyance part 6 (so that a recessed part (engaging part) 18a is engaged with a cap member 6k), when the door 7 is closed.
