Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improving pile construction method and an improving pile construction apparatus suitable for improving clayish ground, which enable construction of a slug pile even in a narrow slug-pile construction area where a space for operating means for supplying the slug pile cannot be secured right underneath or right close to an existing structure, while requiring merely small-scale construction equipment and allowing the use of a multi-purpose liquid feeding pump. SOLUTION: By the slug pile construction method, a fluidized material containing slug and a fluidizing agent is pressure-injected into the ground while keeping the fluidized state, and is plasticized in the ground.
