PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid-containing master batch having excellent moldability (fluidity), forming a molded product having excellent physical property balances such as flexural modulus and impact strength, and having excellent environmental response, and improving commercial productivity (reducing production cost of the molded product), to provide a method for producing the master batch, to provide a polylactic acid-containing propylene-based resin composition, and to provide the molded product thereof. SOLUTION: There are provided the polylactic acid-containing master batch etc., containing following components (A) to (D), and produced through a kneading step composed of following step (I), and step (II) subsequent thereto. The component (A): a polypropylene-based resin; component (B): an acid-modified polyolefin-based resin and/or a hydroxy-modified polyolefin-based resin; component (C): a polylactic acid-based resin; and component (D): an epoxy-modified polyolefin-based resin. The step (I): a step of melt kneading the component (C) with the component (D); and step (II): a step of melt kneading a product of the step (I) with the component (A) and component (B).
