Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite powder which is prepared by further improving the slip of a composite powder prepared by compounding a powder or adhesive resin powder as a material effective for sebum absorption, darkness reduction, etc., on the surface of a plate-like powder, and is excellent in functionality and usability. SOLUTION: By applying a covering plate-like powder to outside a composite powder prepared by applying one or more non-plate-like powders containing at least an adhesive resin powder on the surface of an intermediate layer-constituting plate-like powder, a composite powder wherein the non-plate-like powder and the intermediate layer-constituting plate-like powder are held by the covering plate-like powder is provided.
