PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control device for cargo handling capable of preventing a cylinder from moving down in opening an on/off-valve, in a hydraulic control device for cargo handling including a solenoid valve opening and closing a working fluid conduit for connecting a hydraulic cylinder for cargo handling and a hydraulic pump for cargo handling. SOLUTION: A main controller 40 brings a solenoid valve 32 for lift into a closed state when an operation amount θ of a lift lever 22 by a potentiometer 42 is in a preset dead zone, and brings the solenoid valve 32 for lift into an open state when the operation amount θ of the lift lever 22 is not in the dead zone. The main controller 40 controls a revolution number of a pump motor 31 for lift to be a holding revolution number according to a load W by a pressure sensor 44 when the solenoid valve 32 for lift is changed from the closed state to the open state.
