Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a seat back frame from being greatly deformed in front collision so as to maintain excellent performance by the seat belt for restraining a seated person onto a seat. SOLUTION: A seat back frame 17 includes: a pair of right and left side frames 19, 20 respectively vertically extending and connected to a seat cushion frame 15; and an upper frame 21 connecting the right and left side frames 19, 20 to each other. A seat device is provided with: a seat belt 28 extending from the upper-end side of one side of the seat back frame 17 so as to diagonally downward cross the seat back frame 17; and a belt engaging fixture 29 supported to the upper end of one side of the seat back frame 17 so as to allow the upper end of the seat belt 28 to be engaged therewith. One side frame 19, at one side of the seat back frame 17, of both of the side frames 19, 20 is formed into a dog-leg shape protruding toward the front of a vehicle body 2 while a bent part 19a is formed at the lower part of the one side frame 19.
