Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of peeling a carrier film for a ceramic green sheet, in which the carrier film is stably peeled while suppressing damage to the green sheet. SOLUTION: A material film 5 having a carrier film 6 and a ceramic green sheet 7 formed on the carrier film 6, is prepared. The ceramic green sheet 7 of the material film 5 is fixed while being held on a surface. A part of the carrier film 6 is fixed on a displacement part 2. For peeling the carrier film 6 from the material film 5, the displacement part 2 on which a part of the carrier film 6 is fixed, is moved.
