Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-liquid dissolving apparatus capable of reducing the height of the apparatus. SOLUTION: The gas-liquid dissolving apparatus 1 includes an agitating dissolving chamber 6 which agitates gas-liquid mixed phase fluid and dissolves a gas component in liquid; a rectifying chamber 7 which communicates with the lower portion of the agitating dissolving chamber 6 and is formed with a relieving hole 71 for delivering the gas-liquid mixed phase fluid at the lower portion thereof; a gas-liquid separation chamber 8 for storing gas-liquid mixed phase fluid and separating liquid from gas; a gas vent hole 81 for degassing the gas separated by the gas-liquid separation chamber 8; a discharge port 82 for discharging the liquid which is separated and increased in gas dissolved concentration by the gas-liquid separation chamber 8; and a partition 9 which is disposed in the gas-liquid separation chamber 8, has a top and is formed to be more tapered as it comes nearer to the top to generate a revolving flow of gas-liquid mixed phase fluid. The agitation dissolving chamber 6 is a flat cylindrical body with an open lower face central portion and is axisymmetrically formed with a plurality of baffles 62 extending from a position at a predetermined distance distant from the center toward side face.
