Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent heat leakage from a bent part of a vacuum heat insulating panel while suppressing an influence of a heat bridge caused by an increase in an area of the vacuum heat insulating panel, in the vacuum heat insulating panel. SOLUTION: The vacuum heat insulating panels 50a, 50b include a core material formed of a fiber aggregate, and an outer cover material covering the core material, and depressurizing and sealing the inside. The core material has a repulsive property with respect to a compression direction. The vacuum heat insulating panels 50a, 50b have three-dimensional shapes in which buckling and fracture in the inside part of the bent part or a recessed/protruded part are inhibited and a decrease in plate thickness is limited by using the repulsive property with respect to the compression direction of the core material.
