SOLUTION: The hair-dressing agent is characterized by comprising [A] diglycerol, [B] a non-cyclic polyhydric alcohol represented by formula (1): HOCH2(CHOH)nCH2OH [wherein, (n) is an integer of 1 to 6], [C] a cationic surfactant, [D] a higher alcohol, and [E] an oil ingredient, wherein the (a)/(b) mass ratio α satisfies relational expression (I): 1.0<α≤5.0; (a) is the mass of the diglycerol [A]; and (b) is the mass of the non-cyclic polyhydric alcohol [B]; and the oil ingredient [E] is dispersed.
