Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stepping motor that reduces abrasion powder and prevents a damage to the magnet. SOLUTION: A pre-load mechanism 40 of the stepping motor includes: a resin bushing 41 which is inserted into a recess S on the rear end side of a magnet 5, fixed to an end plate 33 on the rear end side thereof, and provided on the front end side thereof with a shaft insertion hole 41a into which a shaft 3 is inserted to support the shaft 3 with the shaft insertion hole 41a; a resin shaft receiver 42 contained in the bushing 41 to slide freely in the direction of axis R while abutting against the rear end of the shaft 3 at the front end thereof; and a compression spring 43 which biases the shaft receiver 42 toward the shaft 3 in the bushing 41. In the direction of axis R, the distance L1 between the rear end 42c of the shaft receiver 42 and the outer plate 33B of the end plate 33 is set smaller than the distance L2 between the rear end 5a of the magnet 5 and the inner plate 33A of the end plate 33. Rear end of the shaft 3 is maintained in substantially point contact with the front surface of the shaft receiver 42. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
