SOLUTION: The image heating device includes: a second cleaning roller 37 cleaning the surface of the cleaning roller 36; and a rocking means rocking a first cleaning member 50, so that when the surface of a pressure roller 32 is cleaned, the cleaning roller 36 is separated from the second cleaning roller 37 to come into contact with the surface of the pressure roller 32 and when the surface of the cleaning roller 36 is cleaned, the cleaning roller 36 is separated from the pressure roller 32 to come into contact with the second cleaning roller 37.
