Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin for forming an anti-allergenic coating film which can form a coating film without using any special ultraviolet irradiation apparatus, can satisfy both anti-allergenic property and film durability and is good in the dryability of a wet coating film even near ordinary temperature and to provide a woody material using the same. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition contains a water-insoluble polymeric anti-allergenic agent having phenolic hydroxy groups, a polyol resin, and a curing agent and is characterized in that the mass ratio of the water-insoluble polymeric anti-allergenic agent having phenolic hydroxy groups to the polyol resin is 2/98 to 10/90, and the hydroxyl value of the polyol resin is 10-120 mg KOH/g.
