Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key interlock device which can rotate only when power is supplied to a solenoid, while reducing an electric load. SOLUTION: The key interlock device includes: a camshaft 10 which has a locking plate 11 having a first curved portion 12 and a second curved portion 14 apart from one side of the first curved portion 12 and which rotates whiel being connected to a key cylinder; a solenoid 20 with a lock bar 21 which is moved up and down depending on the supply of power; and a controller which detects that a lever is at a parking position and a rotation position of a key and controls the lock bar 21 to move up or down in accordance with the detected result. The controller controls the lock bar 21 to move up or down such that the first curved portion 12 is positioned below the lock bar 21 when the key is at a "lock" position and the second curved portion is positioned below the lock bar 21 when the key is at an "on" position. While the lock bar 21 is moved down to the second curved portion 14, the lock bar 21 prevents the key from turning from the "on" position to an "acc" position. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
