Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an antibody composition using host cells producing the antibody composition capable of controlling the sugar structure of antibody molecules. SOLUTION: The method for producing an antibody composition such as a fused protein having the Fc domain of an antibody having high antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxic activity useful for various diseases is provided. The antibody composition is one that has ≥20% ratio of sugar chains free from fucose bonded to N-acetylglucosamine at the sugar chain reducing end over the total N-glycoside linkage complex sugar chains bonded to the Fc domain.
