SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a magnetic disk device includes: setting an injection nozzle 50 on a gas inlet 11i; setting a suction nozzle 55 on a gas outlet 11e; and injecting a gas for replacement into a casing 10 through the injection nozzle 50 while suctioning a gas from the casing 10 by the suction nozzle 55 in such a manner that a gas pressure in the casing 10 is not less than a vapor pressure of an organic compound existing in the casing 10.
