Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance uniformity of a tire by improving the winding method of a band-like ply. SOLUTION: A band layer 9 includes a jointless ply 12 formed by winding the one lengthy band-like ply in which a plurality of band cords arranged in parallel are covered by a topping rubber on an outer side of a belt layer, and in the jointless ply 12, a circumferential part 13 in which the band-like ply is wound in parallel to a tire circumferential direction and an inclination part 14 continued to the circumferential part and moving a position of the band-like ply to one side in a tire axial direction of the circumferential part 13 by inclining it relative to the tire circumferential direction by a small angle are alternately provided.
