The pedal load adjustment mechanism 92 includes: a roller 90 arranged in front of a circumference of a flywheel 88, and rotated by the flywheel 88; a load lever 152 which supports a rotation shaft 150 of the roller 90, has a rocking shaft 160 under the rotation shaft 150, and has a point of effort above the rotation shaft 150; a spring 154 which is connected to the point of effort of the load lever 152; and an adjustment bolt 156 arranged above the flywheel 88 to adjust a load to the point of effort by the spring 154.
