Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hole-in anchor with a constitution securing strength high enough to function as a foundation for attaching an installation, shortening a construction period, reducing costs by reducing its weight and facilitating construction. SOLUTION: This hole-in anchor 10 for the foundation includes: a fixing anchor 20 for being anchored and fixed to a concrete floor 1; a screwing and abutting member 60 which is screwed to a male screw 22 at the back end of the fixing anchor 20 and abuts on the top surface 1a of a concrete base material; a cylindrical body component 70 which is screwed to the screwing and abutting member 60; a waterproof base pressing member 30 which presses a waterproof base member 90 against a substrate while being fixed to the cylindrical body component 70 and the waterproof base member 90 having an outer periphery provided with a ring-shaped bottom plate 91 abutting on a substrate surface and provided while being externally inserted to the cylindrical body component 70; and a screwing component 80 with a bolt portion, which is screwed to the protruding end-side opening end 72 of the cylindrical body component 70.
