Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection system and an injection method capable of reducing the cost by injecting only an optimum spraying amount of an injection material according to a curved section. SOLUTION: An injection device injects a friction relaxing material when a plurality of trains 1 pass through curved sections C1-CNone after another so that the total amount of the friction relaxing material to be injected at every train 1 becomes a standard spraying amount regulated in every curved section C1-CN. The injection device automatically injects the friction relaxing material by dividing into M times so that the total spraying amount of the friction relaxing material to be injected at every train 1 from the first to the Mth passing through the curved sections C1-CNbecomes the standard spraying amount of each curved section C1-CN. The injection device injects the friction relaxing material so that the spraying amount of the friction relaxing material to be injected at every train 1 becomes the same. The injection device injects the friction relaxing material so that the spraying amount of the friction relaxing material to be injected at every train 1 from the first to the Mth passing through the curved sections C1-CNbecomes the standard spraying amount/M of each curved section C1-CN.
