Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door frame structure achieving low manufacturing costs and high productivity, and having an excellent degree of freedom for setting design widths and glass holding widths at different portions in the longitudinal direction of a frame. SOLUTION: The door frame structure includes a frame body, an exterior member, and a glass guide section of recess-shaped cross section. The frame body has a glass opposing part opposed to an edge portion of a door glass, a design part on the outside of a vehicle, and a cylindrical part on the inside of the vehicle. The frame body is formed as one member being continuous from an upper sash part to a side sash part by shaping the cylindrical part in a certain cross section from the upper sash part to the side sash part, and by bending a corner part. The exterior member respectively covers the design parts of the upper sash part and the side sash part of the frame body from the outside of the vehicle, and has an inward protruding portion which is protruded in the inner peripheral direction of the door frame than the design part of the frame body, and is folded back to the inside of the vehicle. The glass guide part is surrounded by the inward protruding portion of the exterior member, the design part, the cylindrical part, and the glass opposing part of the frame body, and permits insertion of the edge portion of the door glass. The protruding width of the inward protruding portion of the exterior member in the inner peripheral direction of the door frame varies in at least one location in the longitudinal direction.
