Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fat tissue digestion apparatus which can sufficiently give fat-originated cells in a healthy state even when quickly detecting the indigestion of a fat tissue and retreating the fat tissue. SOLUTION: The fat tissue digestion apparatus 1 comprises a container 2 for receiving fat tissues containing fat-originated cells and a digestive enzyme solution for digesting the fat tissues and having a draining port 2b opened in the bottom surface 2a, a filter 3 covering the draining port 2b in the container 2 and having holes having smaller diameters than the sizes of the fat tissues, a piping 5 connected to the draining port 2b to drain a liquid from the container 2, measurement portions 6a, 6b disposed close to the draining port 2b of the piping 5 and used for measuring a transmission rate in the piping 5, and an information portion 8 for comparing the transmission rate measured with the measurement portions 6a, 6b with a prescribed threshold when a prescribed time passes from the time for starting the drainage of a fat tissue digested with the digestive enzyme solution, and then informing the indigestion of the fat tissue when the transmission rate is larger than the threshold.
