PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a music signal transmission cable capable of accurately and suitably transmitting a music signal by restraining intermodulation distortion generated on the music signal. SOLUTION: In a triple coaxial cable 10 having a center conductor 1, an inner conductor 2, and an outer conductor 3, the music signal transmission cable 10 is formed by connecting between the center conductor 1 and the inner conductor 2 at an input side and by making insulating treatment on the inner conductor 2. Electrostatic capacity is not generated between the center conductor 1 and the inner conductor 2 since the center conductor 1 and the inner conductor 2 become the same potential by applying signal voltage to the center conductor 1 and by grounding the outer conductor 3, and electrostatic capacity is not generated between the center conductor 1 and the inner conductor 3 since the center conductor 1 and the inner conductor 3 are electrically shielded with the inner conductor 2.
