Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition for an optical film which is excellent in durability, suppression of a white spot, and heat-shock resistance in a high temperature environment, and to provide the optical film with the adhesive attached thereto. SOLUTION: The adhesive composition includes: an acrylic polymer (A) which comprises a reactive functional group, has Mw of 1,000,000 to 2,500,000, (Mw/Mn) of 9 to 30, ((Mw/Mn)/(Mz/Mw)) of 2 or more, and Tg of -45°C or lower; an acrylic polymer (B) which has Mw of 50,000 to 300,000, and Tg of -40 to 5°C; 0.01 to 5 pts.wt. of a cross-linking agent (C) with respect to 100 pts.wt. of the mixture of the acrylic polymers; and 1 to 40 pts.wt. of a terpene phenol resin (D) with respect thereto.
