In the formula, R1and R2are the same or different and are each a lower alkyl group; lower alkenyl group, lower alkynyl group, lower alkoxy group, haloalkyl group, haloalkoxy group, alkylsulfanyl group, alkylsulfinyl group, alkylsulfonyl group, lower alkyl-substituted carbamoyl group, saturated nitrogen-containing heterocyclic N-carbonyl group, halogen atom, cyano group or hydrogen atom; R3is a lower alkyl group, haloalkyl group, halogen atom, hydroxy group or hydrogen atom; and X is a sulfur atom, -S(=O)- or -S(=O)2-.
