Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To spuriously make a twill cloth tone sheet in particular having a sufficient depth without a crease or a twist and having a free design by using a computer. SOLUTION: The method comprises: inputting parameters such as the size of a cloth area, a basic yarn width, a fine yarn width composing the basic yarn and the like (S11); specifying to which block each pixel belongs (S12); calculating the relative position of each pixel in the specified block (S13); checking what yarn area the yarn area is (S14); changing a variable if the yarn area is a weft yarn area (S15); shifting the position of the yarn direction if the yarn area is a warp yarn area (S16 and S17) to calculate the relative position in the yarn area; calculating the height of the pixel (S18); making a three-dimensional cloth shape by conducting steps S12 to S18 to all the pixels to binarize or multi-value the same; and making an embossed cylinder by etching or engraving.
