SOLUTION: A joint section of a distal tube 22 and a proximal tube 23 is composed of the proximal tube 23, a resin tube 24 for joining where at least one part is overlapped on the proximal tube 23 and a distal end of the overlapped section 20 is mounted on the proximal tube 23, and the distal tube 22 which is welded on the surface of the tube 24 for joining from the distal end to the proximal end side of the joint section 21 of the proximal tube 23 with the resin tube 24 for joining.
