PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the brain activity information with high accuracy has not been output heretofore. SOLUTION: Brain activity information with high accuracy can be output by a brain activity information output device. The device includes: an artifact prior information deciding unit for acquiring prior distribution about signal intensity of an artifact source and estimating post distribution about the signal intensity of the artifact source to calculate a difference between the prior distribution and the post distribution and acquire one or more artifact prior information within a predetermined range of the difference; a brain activity information acquiring unit for estimating the brain activity information using measurement brain signal information and brain prior information; an artifact information acquiring unit for estimating artifact information using the measurement brain signal information and one or more artifact prior information; and an output brain activity information acquiring unit for acquiring the output brain activity information by the processing of eliminating influence of artifact from the measurement brain signal information using the measurement brain signal information, the brain activity information and one or more artifact information.
