Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluation of the disease of the thyroid in a target because an anti-TPO antibody or anti-TG antibody used as the biomarker of the disease of thyroid is measured in both of an autoimmune disease-of-thyroid patient group and an inflammatory disease-of-thyroid patient group and including the evaluation of the target having an autoimmune disease of the thyroid. SOLUTION: An anti-pendrin antibody is almost measured only in the autoimmune disease-of-thyroid patient group and not measured in the inflammatory disease-of-thyroid patient group. Accordingly, the presence of the anti-pendrin antibody in the sample originating from the target is measured to evaluate that the disease of the thyroid is the autoimmune disease of the thyroid when the anti-pendrin antibody is present in the sample originating from the target.
