Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter driving apparatus which reduces the recovery current generated at the time of reverse recovery and a recovery loss caused by the recovery current to efficiently contribute to an improvement in system. SOLUTION: The inverter driver 2 includes single-side arms 3a to 3c, having switching elements 4a to 4c and feedback diodes 5a to 5c, connected in parallel with the switching elements 4a to 4c. At least one of a pair of arms is provided with transformers 6a to 6c connecting the switching elements 4a to 4c, in parallel with secondary coils and with transformer driving circuits 11a to 11c that control current supply to primary coils of the transformers 6a to 6c. The inverter driver also includes a transformer driving signal creating circuit 15, which based on the signal related to switching operation by the switching elements 4a to 4c, makes a transformer driving signal related to drive of the transformer driving circuits 11a to 11c and outputs the transformer driving signal to the transformer driving circuits 11a to 11c.
