PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a reclamation pipe by connecting opposed pipe bodies facing an intermediate shaft via a connecting joint, after being joined by carrying the pipe body in order, even when the intermediate shaft of a sufficient width cannot be excavated. SOLUTION: The intermediate shaft M is excavated in the substantial middle of a construction section, and after respectively carrying and fixing a pipe body 1 having a socket 3 on one end and a spigot on the other end in order toward one end and the other end of the construction section from the intermediate shaft M, the spigot of the pipe body 1 connected in order hereinafter is respectively inserted into and joined to the socket 3 of a preceding pipe body 1, and a succeeding pipe body 1 is respectively fixed to an existing pipe S. When reaching a position facing the intermediate shaft M by respectively joining the pipe body 1 in order from one end and the other end of the construction section, after joining the spigot of a connecting pipe 13 of a connecting joint 10 to the socket 3 of one end side pipe body facing the intermediate shaft M in a state of storing a connecting pipe 13 to a guide pipe 12, the spigot of its pipe body 11 is joined to the socket 3 of the other end side pipe body 1 facing the intermediate shaft M.
