Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting rod bearing excellent in discharging foreign matters accompanying a lubricating oil sent through an inner lubricating oil passage of a crank shaft. SOLUTION: A connecting rod bearing is constituted of a pair of semi-cylindrical bearings I and II. In a state in which the semi-cylindrical bearings are assembled into a cylindrical shape, first axial direction oil grooves E are formed to be located at a central portion in a bearing width direction and second axial direction oil grooves F are formed to be located at both sides in the bearing width direction of each of the first axial direction oil grooves E along two contact surfaces C of circumferential end surfaces. One of the first axial direction oil grooves E and two of the second axial direction oil grooves F are in relation to communicate with each other. The first axial direction oil groove E is formed within the range of the wall thickness decreasing region surface A. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
