Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for filling a core hole, which fill the core holes without generating a space regardless of a level of skill of a worker even when a filler having high fluidity is used, while enabling to secure the durability of a building and to reduce work hours. SOLUTION: The core hole filling apparatus 200 for filling the core hole 110 formed on a building wall 100 by sampling a core includes: a filling pipe 220 which leads out the filler 300 for filling the core hole into the core hole; a partition wall member 211 which is an approximately disk-shaped member disposed at the almost tip of the filling pipe, has a diameter larger than that of the core hole, and has a through-hole, through which the filling pipe is inserted, at the almost center thereof, and at least whose outer periphery is made of a porous material having flexibility; and a filler pressing-in device 290 which presses the filler into part of the core hole located deeper than the partition wall member through the filling pipe.
