Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of improving resistance of a cement concrete hardened body to cracking due to shrinkage by which the durability of the cement concrete hardened body is improved by suppressing the occurrence of cracking. SOLUTION: In the method of improving resistance of the cement concrete hardened body to cracking due to shrinkage, an autogenous shrinkage strain amount when the cracking occurs in a cement concrete hardened body prepared by compounding 1 to 15 pts.mass of Li type zeolite to 100 pts.mass of cement to the cement is made to be 125% or more of the autogenous shrinkage strain amount when the cracking occurs in the cement concrete hardened body prepared by compounding no Li type zeolite, wherein Li2O content of the Li type zeolite is 5% or more and Si/Al mol ratio is 1.5 or less. Further, in the method of improving resistance of the cement concrete hardened body to cracking due to shrinkage, an expansion material of 45 kg or less and/or a shrinkage reducing agent of 10 kg or less per concrete of 1 m3is jointly used, and the water binder ratio is 50% or less.
