Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer light-emitting element having long luminance half-life. SOLUTION: In this polymer light-emitting element, a negative electrode 9 includes a first negative electrode layer 6 and a second negative electrode layer 7 laminated in this order from a light-emitting layer side, wherein the first negative electrode layer contains one or more kinds of metal compounds selected from the group consisting of sodium fluoride, potassium fluoride, rubidium fluoride and cesium fluoride, and the second negative electrode layer contains one or more kinds of metals selected from the group consisting of alkaline earth metals and aluminum. In the polymer light-emitting element, functional layers 3, 4 arranged between a positive electrode 2 and the light-emitting layer 5 contains each a polymer compound having a repeating unit (formula 1). In formula 1, Ar1, Ar2, Ar3and Ar4are identical to or different from one another and each an arylene group or bivalent heterocyclic group that may have a substituted group; Ar5, Ar6and Ar7are identical to or different from one another and are each an aryl group or monovalent heterocyclic group that may have a substituted group; and (n) and (m) are identical to or different from each other and are each 0 or 1. When (n) is 0, a carbon atom included in Ar1and a carbon atom included in Ar3may be bound to each other directly or through an oxygen atom or sulfur atom. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
