Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten necessary time when supplying a low temperature liquefied gas to a fuel tank. SOLUTION: A low temperature liquefied gas supply device 100 is provided with a first tank 1 which stores the low temperature liquefied gas, a second tank 2 to which the low temperature liquefied gas stored in the first tank 1 is supplied, a low temperature liquefied gas supply passage 3 through which the low temperature liquefied gas supplied to the second tank 2 flows, and a first boil-off gas recovery passage 4 through which a boil-off gas generated in the second tank 2 flows, detects an amount of generated boil-off gas in the second tank 2, and adjusts an amount of boil-off gas to be collected in the first tank 1 in accordance with the amount of generated boil-off gas.
