Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a lamp with a base, which is equipped with an external lead supplying power to a light-emitting element in a light emitting tube, an anti-oxidation layer covering an external lead, a seal portion sealing a foil electrically connected to the external lead, and a base connected to the seal portion through an adhesive, preventing the anti-oxidation layer covering the external lead from being damaged of its anti-oxidation function by the adhesive.
