Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auction controller, an auction system and an auction control method, that efficiently reduce auction time. SOLUTION: The auction controller 1 includes a count part 1a and a control part 1b. The count part 1a counts the number of bids to an article. The control part 1b changes a tender time or a bid-up price according to the number of the bids counted by the count part 1a. For example, the control part 1b increases the next bid-up price M according to the number of the bids. Alternatively, for example, the control part 1b reduces T1 to T1' (<T1) according to the number of the bids of the first half period of present tender time T1. Alternatively, the control part 1b reduces tender time T2 after the next bid-up as compared to a predetermined time, according to the number of the bids at the present tender time T1.
