Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of securing a stable operation by exhausting heat generated by elements in a built-in circuit board smoothly to outside and moreover capable of achieving a high energy density by doing away with an internal useless space, thereby allowing the battery pack to be manufactured without accompanying a complicated work. SOLUTION: The circuit board 101 in the battery pack 1 is mounted with FET elements 1104, 1108 on its lower side main face; a heat conductive sheet 18 is adhered directly on the lower side face of the FET elements 1104, 1108; and the heat conductive sheet 18 and a lower case member 12 are thermally jointed with a heat conductive plate 20 interposed. Further, in the corresponding area of the upper main face of the circuit board 101 where the FET elements 1104, 1108 are mounted, there is adhered a heat conductive sheet 17, and the heat conductive sheet 17 and an upper case member 11 are thermally jointed with a heat conductive plate 19 interposed.
