Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control method, a temperature controller and a memory medium for an oven (10), capable of saving energy and rapidly responding to a new cooking temperature. SOLUTION: In the temperature control method, controller and memory for the oven (10) having a heater (20), a temperature sensor (22), a fan (18), a door, a cooking compartment (16) and an oven on/off switch (42), the method includes a heating procedure that involves running heat-up cycles to stabilize the cooking compartment to a cooking temperature; and a time-out procedure that reduces the temperature of the cooking compartment (16) to a standby temperature, when the time-out period (elapsed time) expires between the end of a certain cooking procedure and the start of the next cooking procedure.
