SOLUTION: A natural energy power generation control system 1 includes: a plurality of sites 500 provided with a plurality of power generators 510, an electric power measuring device 560 measuring output of the power generators, a weather condition measuring device 570 measuring a weather condition, and a monitor adjusting output from the power generators; and a centralized control device 300 calculating the upper limit of the total output of the plurality of sites from the weather condition of each site and assigning the calculated upper limit to the upper limit of each site.
