Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a workability and a strictness in a structure in which wood is trenched and a reinforcing member is inserted and bonded, and at the same time, to suppress the problem that a stress concentration produced on the interface of different materials of the wood and the reinforcing member tends to break the wood. SOLUTION: The workability and the strictness are improved by manufacturing a partial flange at both ends of the insertion reinforcing member. Further, since the position of the reinforcing member can be fixed by the effect of the partial flange, the groove of the wood is formed previously more largely, and a stress buffer layer buffering the stress concentration can be easily manufactured simultaneously the bonding work by filling the part with an adhesive, rubber, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
