Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which can easily be mass-produced, and has an insulating structure improved in reliability. SOLUTION: The motor includes a shaft 1, a rotor 2 fixed to the shaft 1, a cylindrical stator 3 arranged around the rotor 2, and a housing which rotatably supports the shaft 1 and accommodates the rotor 2 and the stator 3. The stator 3 comprises a core 31 having a plurality of teeth 34, a plurality of coils 32 formed by winding conductive lines to the plurality of teeth 34, and an insulative tube 5. The core 31 is constituted by connecting a plurality of element cores 35 each having the teeth 34. The plurality of coils 32 include at least two or more continuous coils 32a which are connected by one conductive line. The tube 5 is inserted into a portion of the conductive line 37a which crosses over the continuous coils 32a. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
