Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexural-vibrating actuator assembly that reliably transmits vibration from an exciting means to a main diaphragm regardless of a main diaphragm shape, and has a simple configuration, and to provide a flexural-vibrating panel speaker including the flexural-vibrating actuator assembly. SOLUTION: The flexural-vibrating actuator assembly includes the exciting means exciting vibration, a sub-diaphragm on which the exciting means is mounted, and a projection member mounted on the sub-diaphragm to be brought into contact with the main diaphragm.
