PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform economical and sanitary sprinkling while suppressing corrosion of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner or a building as much as possible by purifying and using rainwater, and prevent damage of a water feed pump for feeding water from a water storage tank to a sprinkler due to idling operation. SOLUTION: The sprinkler for sprinkling and cooling a heat exchanger 23 as the outdoor unit of the air conditioner or the building with water includes: the water storage tank 1 for storing rainwater; a purification device 11 for purifying the rainwater within the water storage tank 1 while circulating the rainwater; the sprinkler 20 for sprinkling the rainwater purified by the purification device 11 in the water storage tank 1 onto the outdoor unit or the building; the water feed pump 24 for feeding the rainwater in the water storage tank 1 to the sprinkler 20; and a micro computer M preventing operation of the water feed pump 1 when a water level in the water storage tank 1 is lower than a predetermined water level.
