Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition, which is excellent in appearance and impact resistance and has high light reflecting properties and flame retardancy, and a light reflecting member composed of a molded product obtained from the resin composition. SOLUTION: The aromatic polycarbonate resin composition includes 100 pts.mass of an aromatic polycarbonate resin (A), 3-30 pts.mass of a titanium oxide additive (B) surface-treated with organosiloxane, and 0.01-1 pts.mass of an organic metal salt-based flame retardant (C), wherein the carbon content [c] in the B component is 0.2 mass% or more and the relationship between the content [B] (mass%) and the carbon content [c] of the B component with respect to the total 100 mass% of the aromatic polycarbonate resin composition satisfies the conditions of [c]×[B]≤9.
