Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove fat of an object to be heated by superheated steam. SOLUTION: A heating cooker comprises upper/lower heaters 27 provided above/below a cooking chamber 26, a control part 45 for controlling the upper/lower heaters 27, an operation part 5 for setting menus, a grill 33 arranged between the upper/lower heaters 27 to have the object 30 to be heated placed thereon, and a tray 31 arranged below the lower heater 27b to have the grill 33 placed thereon. A steam tank 41 is arranged on the front surface side upper part of the tray 31 so as to approach the lower heater 27b. The steam tank 41 is provided with a steam jetting port 42b. When a healthy selection key 55 is selected by the operation part 5, the control part 45 energizes the lower heater 27b at the maximum rated output for a certain period of time from the start of heating to heat water in the steam tank 41.
