SOLUTION: In the annular connecting band 5 externally fitted and fixed on a socket 11 of a pipe 1, bolt insertion parts 54 where bolt holes 55 are formed in a pipe axis direction are provided at a plurality of sections in a circumference direction of a body part 53 surrounding the socket 11, and a concave part 57 which is formed by hollowing an outer circumference surface of the body part 53, which is wider than the bolt hole 55, and which faces on the bolt hole 55, is formed at an arrangement section of the bolt insertion part 54.
